26 Nov 2023. The Ministry of Health of the Cambodia confirmed that a four-year-old girl from Kampot province has been tested positive for H5N1 bird flu virus. According to authorities, the girl fell ill after carrying a dead chicken on her hands and is suffering from fever and cough, the initial symptoms of bird flu.
